The REMMSCO Franklin House was acquired in 1992. It was initially a women's group home. It transitioned to a three-quarter transitional home for men in 2022 when it became apparent that there was a need to provide local transitional housing for men graduating from the Glenn's House program, and several residential treatment programs for women had been established in the area.
This home, nestled in a wooded lot, can accommodate up to six residents at a time, with two residents to a room. One Resident Manager resides in a bedroom on the first floor. There are four large bedrooms, two full baths, a formal dining room, a common living area, and full kitchen. There is an inviting and spacious front porch conducive to sharing time with the other residents and visitors.
